How It Works
1. Browse Our Weekly Menu
Our menu is a mix of permanent classics and rotating weekly specials and soups. We offer ready-made entrees, salads, soups, snacks, and sides, as well as frozen entrees in multiple sizes.
2. Add Meals To Your Cart
Mix and match your meals and sides in your cart. Your order must reach a minimum of $75 to checkout.
3. Choose Pickup or Delivery
Choose to pick up your order at our kitchen location, or get it delivered (If delivery is offered to your address).
4. Place Your Order
Orders are available for pickup or delivery on Tuesdays. Orders must be placed by 6 pm on Saturday for the following Tuesday.
5. Receive Your Order and Dig In!
Our dishes are labeled with heating or cooking instructions (when required), as well as ingredients, storage instructions, and production dates.
6. Place Your Order for Next Week
Don’t forget to place your next order by 6 pm on Saturday!
When Will I Get My Order?
Orders placed by 6 pm on Saturdays will be available for pickup or delivery on the following Tuesday. If your order is placed after 6 pm on Saturday, it will be ready on the next available Tuesday.
How Long Do The Dishes Last?
All of our ready-made items are made fresh to order, and are best consumed within 4 – 6 days of the production date. Storage methods are noted on the item’s label.
Frozen Entrees are best consumed within three months of “prepared on” date. Do not refreeze items that have previously been defrosted. Defrosted items should be cooked within 3 days of defrosting, and then consumed within 4- 6 days.
We do not guarantee any “best before” dates on our dishes, as handling and storage temperatures may change the longevity of the dishes, so please use your best judgment before consuming.
Is There A Minimum Order Amount
Yes, as our business relies on volume, the minimum order amount is $75 per order, before taxes and delivery fees.
Can I Get A Same Day or Last Minute Order?
We usually have a small selection of frozen entrees available at any given time, so please contact us for same day availability.
Can My Order Be Delivered?
We offer delivery for $7.99 in Victoria within the delivery radius. Please enter your address during checkout to determine whether you are eligible for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to addresses outside this radius as it is determined by our third-party delivery partner.
Where Do I Pick Up My Order?
Your order can be picked up on Tuesdays at 2020 A Douglas St, Victoria BC V8T 4L1 (Inside Pure Lovin’ Chocolate). At the checkout counter, please let a Pure Lovin’ Chocolate team member know you are picking up a Love & Peas Kitchen order.
Do You Offer Catering?
